Sales & Return Policy for Maxx O2 EWOT systems (BELOW A-F)

A: Items may be returned (used or unopened) within 30 days of receipt of product with the exception of masks (sorry, they have germs...).

B: Buyer to pay for shipping back to factory in PA.

C: Freight costs incurred to ship goods to you and cost of mask (as indicated on web site) will be deducted from refund.

D: A 5% administrative & restocking fee (apologies, but it's a lot of work to take it back and sell it again).

E: All items returned must be received in their original boxes and documentation. If goods are received damaged, you may be charged for repair costs. We will work with you!

F: Buyer must contact customer service by phone or email to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on all packages. Items sent back without an RMA number may take longer to process.

POLICIES ON ALL OTHER ITEMS
A: Demo, used or factory refurbished items & all opened supplements: All sales are final.

B: Shipping: Free shipping to locations within the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, HI, and Canada are not included and a quotation must be made prior to order. Please call or email us before ordering if you live in AK, HI, or Canada.

C: Cancellations: Shipping costs to customer and back to factory are not refundable. A 15% restocking may apply to returns without original contents & packaging. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for any item that is returned. Any item sent back without RMAs will may refused and sent back to buyer. We will not be held responsible for any shipping fees. Any returns that are authorized which sustained damage (excluding damage caused by shipping company) will be repaired and billed directly to buyer.

Order cancellations: order cancellations before your order ships will incur a 3% transaction fee. Any cancellation placed after item ships will incur a 3% cancellation/processing fee and freight both ways is not refundable (regardless of the free shipping). Buyer will pay "our shipping costs."

Delivery time: we do not guarantee delivery within a specific period. All shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to ship and another 5-7 business days for delivery. Cancellations due to delays in shipping retain the same cancellation fees to buyer as mentioned above.
