All Sales Are Final

 


All purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless the item is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details vary by product; please refer to each product page for specific details.

 


 

 

International Orders

 


For international shipping, please get in touch with us by phone or email to receive a custom shipping quote.

All international sales are final. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any local import restrictions or delays.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Demo or floor models

  • Used or pre-owned products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Refurbished equipment

  • Opened supplements or consumables

 

 


 

 

Cancellations & Returns

 


After Shipment or Refusal at Delivery:

 

  • Shipping charges to and from the customer are non-refundable

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply

  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • Returns without an RMA may be refused

  • Damaged returned items (not caused by the shipping carrier) will be repaired at the buyer’s expense

 


Before Shipment:

 

  • Cancellations before shipping are subject to a 3.75% processing fee

 

 


 

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • Orders ship within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed

  • Shipping delays do not waive cancellation policies or fees

 

 


 

 

Damaged Items – Inspection & Reporting Required

 


Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.


If damage is visible or suspected:

 

  1. Notify the delivery driver and note damage on the delivery receipt

  2. Obtain the driver’s signature confirming damage

  3. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery 

Exceptions up to 48 hours may be granted at our sole discretion.
Failure to report within the required time frame may result in loss of coverage for repair, replacement, or refund.
